Hey guys,
Can we start a Little Wings Tab thread? I know there was some on the old board but if we could get them and even more that'd be great.
Cheers, Wonderue

I know they pretty much are, but lyrics and chords would be mighty. There's nothing more satisfying than playing one of Kaisle's songs start to finish.

heh, nah I think F G C is a little unfair, there are some really beautiful chord progressions and voicings in little wings beyond that, on soft pow'r and the be gulls records especailly. the way Kyle recylces riffs (like the look at what the light did now riff) but adds different timings and melodys over it is quite clever I think. Anways Whale Mountain's basic chords to my ears are
C C/B Am G F G F C (also, that first G I often play as C/G which works too). then, ironically the 'can't be a shepherd if you don't have a flock' bit is F G C...
Are there any others people want? I'll just put some of my favourites down:
Boom: Em D C D x2 G C G C.. then back to first one for a while and song ends pulling off and on the 2 on the E string in D before ending on Em
Shredder Sequel: E C#m7 (or just C#m) A B7 then F#m G#m A D7 x2 then B7 and back to original riff
Look at What the Light Did Now: chords used are: e------4------4-------2 b------5------4-------2 g------4------4-------2 d------6------4-------2 a------4------2-------4 e------x------x-------2 C#m7 B6 F#/Gbm7 (apparantly..) and also E and A, hammerin on and pulling off 2 on the b string.
Hanta Yo Three F G Am and F G C
So I finally Belong to the Night C G Am F C G F C F C F C G G7
I just can't handle it at all incredible kath bloom cover he did for Daytrotter Again, fairly simple at G D Am C (then in chorus replace that G with a Em a couple of times before back to main riff). I've been addicted to playing it though because of the added little melody line he puts into the struming of the chords from the initial G e-----------2--2--2---2 b----3--0---3--3--3---3 g----0--0---2--0--0h20-----Am ---c etc d----0--0-- kinda, just listen to it with that in mind and its easy but really lovely
basically all i do is put on little wings records and play along so any particular ones people want let me know and i'll put them up.

Does anyone have chords for "The Way I Duex"? I do believe it revolves around F G C, but I can't figure out the whole thing.

the way i deux
main part
F C, F C, F C, G G
and during the "behind doors i'm waiting/shadows hesitating" part he switches off between that part and this part
F G C, F G C, F G C, G G
"while we wait as we do" part just goes
F Am G
"the way i duex is dark and..."
C F G, C F G, Am F G
"i thought it was..."
F C (each f and c is like a full measure though as opposed to the rest of the song where they're half and quarters)
and then that part just ends with a G and goes back to the beginning.
i hope that was clear/helpful
