So, I released a ukulele compilation tape once before, it was called "Ukulele & So Can I". There were 23 tracks on it and I made 200 copies. That was back in 2006 and they were gone the following year. You can take a listen to the first comp for a limited time here: lostsoundtapes.com/files/ukesocaniI'm gathering songs for a new compilation and will be repressing the original compilation. They will be available as a bundle and separately. If you would like to submit a song, the deadline will be October 31st (Halloween!). It must prominently contain a ukulele somewhere, but unconventional uses are encouraged. To submit for consideration, please send a wav, aiff, or flac file to lostsoundtapes@gmail.com via a service like mediafire.com. Send your best or weirdest songs and note if it is exclusive. Thanks a lot for your interest! Looking forward to hearing your songs. Check out our website for more background on the label and our other releases: www.lostsoundtapes.comOut now - Watercolor Paintings/iji split 7" Your Heart Breaks "Love Is A Long Dark Road" tape Super Famicom "The Wandering Floret Pt 1" tape The Endless Bummer "Donald Fagen Mix Tape" tape James Rabbit "Continental / Cavalier" tape Blanket Truth "Indoor Camping" tape iji "Soup / Salad" tape ...and more!

Hey, why dont you email Michael Leviton? If you dont know him, that will make me very sad. He does work only on the uke from what I have seen, except for one heartbreaking song on his album called "Ships Passing In The Night" which is a piano and a cello. mleviton@gmail.com Just ask him. Hes very accessible and sort of a hero of mine. I emailed him a while back to ask if there were any deleted tracks from the album, and he said there was one, but he emailed me like 5 mp3s to other song he hadnt released. here is one video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=VC5vTcxpnK8(YT tag doesnt seem to work??)
