here's how I play "in moonlight". it might not be totally correct but I think it sounds okay.
D-------------------x-----x------x-------x------x A-------------------10----9-----7-------5------2 E-------------------12---10-----8-------7------3 walking down the road in the middle of the night
D---------x------------------------x----------------2 A---------0------------------------2----------------3 E---------1------------------------3----------------0 singing a song to myself....I will find you, I will find you...
same for the second verse.
then there's this small riff: D--x---x----x---x---x---------x A--10--9---14--5---9--------10 E--12--10--15--7--10-------12
D------x--------------------------------------x-------------------------------------x A------10-------------------------------------9-------------------------------------7 E------12-------------------------------------10------------------------------------8 all of a sudden there was a light I saw my shadow on the ground I thought a car was coming (and the same for the next line).
and my attempt at tabbing the riff (I mostly just play the unfretted strings open here): D---------------------------------------------------------14-14-14-12-10-9-9---9-9-9-9 A-10-9-7-5-7---7-7-7-7-----10-9-7-5-5---5-5-5-5 E-
I think that's most of it.

Heart Lake Rd might have these chrords:
G--1----1----4 D--4----2----6 A--2----4----7 E--0----0----0
similar chords to eyes for volume. but its hard to tell though with how he plays the song on Window. It sounds right if you play it very sloppy
and Im pretty sure What? goes: Bm, A, G, Em, D, G, D

After N. Young
E-G#m-F#m-A-B
Riffs:
--------------0-0-------4-----------------2 ---------0-0------------4-----------------2 -------1-----------------4--4---6----2---2 -----2-------------------6-----------------4 ---2---------------------6-----------------4 -0-----------------------4-----------------2
E-------------------G#m Id like to shake your hand ---------F#m Disappointment A-----------B-----------E Looks like you win again E--------G#m----------F#m But this time will be the last A-------B-------------E I'll not hold your hand
Ocean 1,2,3
I tabbed this on the original board but it looks like it got lost during the move.
Chords: C#m, B, A, E C#m--------B--------------------A You swam further out into the ocean C#m------B----------A I climbed higher in the tree C#m--B-------------A At the top it started bending C#m-------B------------------A I swayed down to you in the sea C#m------B------------------------A When I saw you I called out your name C#m--------------B-----------A And I let go and fell into the water
Interlude: (played two times) E ----------------------------------- ----------------------------------- -1---------------------------------1 -2---2----------4---1------------2 -2-------4---2----------4---2----2 -0---------------------------------0
C#m-----B-------------------------A And in between the crashing waves C#m-----B-----------------------A I swam along right underneath you C#m----------B---------A Above me it began to evaporate C#m--------------B---------------------A You floated up where I was reaching for you C#m-------B------------A Now as a cloud you have risen C#m---------------B------A Every night and every morning C#m----------------------B-----------------------A And in between these times I'm floating towards you

Hello, I'm new to this forum and I thought I could share how I play Through The Trees pt.2
It's just a list of the chords used, but you shouldn't have any problem figuring the order and rhythm out.
Intro: x7644x x4222x x042xx x012xx x421xx 764xxx 0221xx
Verse thingy: x02200 x46640 or xx6640 2x4200 or x44200 464444
The next part is really easy and I'm to lazy to write it down, many (if not all) of the chords in this section are written above.
Have a nice day

And also, I noticed everyone here has some weird voicings for Wooly Mammoth's Mighty Absence. Here are the chords I use (and I'm almost sure they're correct):
x46600 5x6600 4x6600 0x6600 5x6600 7x6600
The Strumming and picking pattern is super easy, just let it flow.

You're welcome, if anyone needs help with a particular song just let me know it, I know more songs but I'm too lazy to write them off, hehe. And also, in the chords posted here for Great Ghosts, everything seems fine except the D chord, which should be played like this: 5542xx !

on a similar note, a lot of the great ghosts tabs seem to use these chords:
A* 54XXXX G#* 47XXXX
which is a little different to the way i play them (and i'm pretty sure phil does too if you listen to the strumming section when the vocals first come in): A G#/E
E ----------(5)-----------------------------(4)-------------------------- B -----------5-------------------------------5--------------------------- G -----------6-------------------------------4--------------------------- D -----------7-------------------------------6--------------------------- A -----------7-------------------------------7--------------------------- E -----------5-------------------------------4---------------------------
it sounds a lot fuller and hits all the higher notes you can hear on the recorded version
