Isn't that the same old cover that Mt. Eerie has always had? It looks like the inside of the fold-out hand-sewn LP cover.

K Records actually did one repress of Mount Eerie already, Phil was selling them on recent tours

I think the story behind that one was that they found a ton of leftover sleeves so they just pressed the records to fill them or something, or vice versa maybe. They mentioned when they started selling that though that they were considering doing some sort of "deluxe" reissue at some point.
