Phil's music recommendations/influences?

Hey everyone,
I stumbled across a webpage recently with a list of music/musicians that Phil recommends and has been influenced by, but can't seem to find it again...I remember he listed a few Burzum songs/records, and some other lesser-known black metal type musicians, among others. Sorry I can't get any more detailed than that - but I do believe it was within the last few months or so. If this rings any bells, please let me know if you know the link! Thanks!
